Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in a school setting. You will work one-on-one with assigned students, implement behavior strategies, and maintain accurate data on progress toward IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student per IEP goals and provide accommodations as needed.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
