Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will provide one-on-one support under individual education plans, implement behavior strategies, and help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Use behavior support and intervention strategies to de-escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
