Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, elementary or early childhood education, or related human services field.
• Associate degree or 60 college credits with 3 months of relevant experience.
• 21+ months of caregiving experience with qualifications or training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces Colorado licensing requirements daily.
• Creates and implements quality lesson plans.
• Opens and closes program before/after school.
• Supervises students and engages with them.
• Plans activities and manages materials.
• Oversees daily operations and purchasing within budget.
