Qualifications

• Requires criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Must be age 21 or over.
• Several acceptable education/experience paths listed for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Colorado licensing requirements.
• Create and implement quality lesson plans for program operation.
• Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for groups.
• Supervise and engage with students during program times.
• Oversee day-to-day operation: materials, discipline, attendance, food handling, safety.
• Open and close the program as scheduled.
• Assist director with supervision of staff.
• Attend monthly director and principal meetings as requested.
• Plan activities and field trips for full-day programming.
• Promote and market the program to families and the school community.
