Responsibilities

• Enforce Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements.
• Create and implement quality lesson plans for each program day.
• Plan and facilitate group activities suitable for mixed ages and supervise students.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including materials, discipline, attendance, and safety.
• Open and close the program before and after school as scheduled.
• Assist director with supervising staff and monthly meetings.
• Coordinate staff trainings and professional development.
