Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Leader must be age 18 or over.
• 3 months (455 hours) childcare experience or credential required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Knowledge of childcare and ability to discipline appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing requirements and supervise program activities daily.
• Engage with students, parents, staff, and community to maintain relations.
• Assist in planning quality daily and full-day programming.
• Support development of lesson plans and enrichment activities.
• Maintain safe conditions and proper equipment storage.
• Attend required meetings and participate in professional development.
• Assist with marketing and outreach of before/after school care.
