Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and cosmetics.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques.
• Understand and execute sales plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to boost sales and experience.
• Engage in required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
