You will manage visual execution, storytelling, and day‑to‑day operations while coaching teammates, scheduling, and ensuring product readiness. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self‑awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining: visual execution within the beauty business; product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life; sales floor and fitting room standards; category‑level execution aligned to brand priorities; partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness; identifies and escalates risks to ensure consistent execution.
