• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining: visual execution within the beauty business, product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life, sales floor and fitting room standards, category-level execution aligned to brand priorities, partnerships with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness, identifying risks and opportunities related to customer and brand experience, and possible broader leadership in larger stores.
