Kohl's Sephora Beauty Lead Advisor is a client-focused beauty expert who drives sales by identifying needs and recommending products while maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards.

You will guide clients through consultations, demonstrate products, stay current on trends, support inventory and replenishment, and participate in omni-channel initiatives to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Formación

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire clients.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including tester upkeep and department cleanliness.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to drive sales and customer experience.
• Engage in required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight and price changes.
