Job summary

Kohl's Sephora Beauty is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines, delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, identifying needs, upselling products, expanding knowledge, and applying product demonstrations.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty.
Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
Provide credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
Understand and execute sales plans to support and meet goals.
Execute Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Complete required training to expand knowledge and support omni-processing within the department.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, counts and price changes.
