Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative approach with clients. You will guide the Beauty Team, align with Store Manager, and uphold Sephora at Kohl's standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will build client relationships, demonstrate products, manage replenishment, merchandising, and training, while staying current on beauty trends and brand knowledge to upsell and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative beauty client engagement.
• Lead and coach the Beauty Team in partnership with Store Manager.
• Build client loyalty and upsell products by identifying needs.
