Formación

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience with a track record of driving top-line sales and exceptional guest service.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, reporting, and store-level financials.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across multiple roles (Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, Lead Cashiers).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and guest engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability and meet/exceed goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing improvement plans.
• Plan and manage scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity within payroll budget.
• Lead in-store events and partner collaborations to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights to improve store performance.
• Demonstrate guest service excellence through product demonstrations and makeup/skincare consultations.
