Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to achieve store sales goals.
• Plan and execute in-store events and guest experiences to drive engagement and revenue.
• Monitor performance metrics, including NPS and guest feedback, to improve service quality.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies.
