Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals including sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events delivering guest experience and brand collaboration.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to results.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce policy.
