Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: oversee inventory, operations, service, merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, motivate talent and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and applying company programs and processes.
• Plan store schedules using forecast and payroll budgets; coordinate with GM for productivity and workload.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and collaboration with brand partners.
• Review financial and operational reports, store visits, and audits; act on findings.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to boost sales and guest service.
