Responsibilities

• Execute visual execution within the beauty business.
• Deliver product storytelling and selling behaviors.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Ensure category-level execution aligned to brand priorities.
• Partner with Operations Leaders for product availability.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in customer and brand experience.
• Lead and model leadership competencies and coach associates.
• Perform Daily Work Force Management to manage labor hours.
• Additional duties including floorset mapping and product launch support.
