You will coach associates, manage daily staffing, maintain visual merchandising standards, and partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity
• Additional duties, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling
• Coaching & development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
