Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales.
• Ensure brand and customer experience execution within the store and reflect the Brands guidance and objectives.
• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business and product storytelling.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Ensure category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity; may lead the business in some locations.
