Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and maintain expert product knowledge. You will engage clients, demonstrate products, and execute visual standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.

You will contribute to sales plans, participate in training, and support inventory and replenishment to meet goals. Availability on various shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for beauty and client service.
• Experience interacting with customers in retail or service sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Upsell products and execute beauty merchandise plans.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards.
• Ensure replenishment and department cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Participate in training and omni-channel processing within the department.
• Support inventory activity from receipt to sale.
