Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards in Sephora at Kohl’s, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, participate in training, and support inventory and omni-channel processing.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell by identifying needs.
• Expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients with product demonstrations and application.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and enhance customer experience.
• Complete required training and support omni-processing.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including freight handling and price changes.
