Kohl's in Illinois seeks a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a passionate, consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's and ensure an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, expanding beauty knowledge, product demonstrations, executing sales plans, training, and inventory controls to support strong sales and customer

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
