Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative client approach. You will execute Sephora at Kohl’s standards, maintain merchandising, and deliver an exceptional client experience across service, product demonstrations, and knowledge sharing.

You will build loyalty by identifying client needs, upsell where appropriate, and stay current on beauty trends while contributing to omni-channel processing and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
