Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Upsell products where appropriate to increase sales.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and product lines.
• Educate clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and stock integrity on the sales floor.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including price changes.
