You will participate in training, support omni-processing, and help manage inventory and merchandising to ensure a polished department.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify client needs and guide product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to customers.
• Showcase products through demonstrations to encourage purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising, tester upkeep and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
