Kohl’s Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through genuine beauty expertise and consultative client outreach. You will maintain knowledge of top brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes building client loyalty, product demonstrations, and applying beauty trends, with availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays; pay range $18.25 to $25.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
