Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to improve customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and price changes.
