Kohl's, in partnership with Sephora, seeks a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through consultative beauty, identify client needs, and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and merch standards.

You will build loyalty, demonstrate products, stay current on trends, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Maintain merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
