Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and consultative client interactions. You will maintain expert knowledge of top brands, execute visual standards, and ensure an excellent client experience.

Build client loyalty, upsell products, and support omni-channel processing while upholding Sephora at Kohl’s standards and managing inventory and merchandising. Availability to work varied shifts and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authentic passion for beauty.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including price changes.
• Maintain integrity, teamwork and a positive store culture.
