Job summary

Kohl’s Beauty Advisor role within Sephora at Kohl’s focuses on driving sales through authentic beauty enthusiasm and consultative client engagements. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, complete ongoing training, and contribute to inventory management and omni-channel processes within the department.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence clients and suggest products effectively.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate product usage to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain standards in Sephora at Kohl’s.
• Support inventory management, replenishment and price changes.
• Assist with omni-channel processing within the department.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
