Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain Sephora at Kohl’s standards, execute visual merchandising, manage replenishment, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will build loyalty, expand beauty knowledge, demonstrate products, and support sales plans while adhering to safety and operational guidelines. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Actively engage and complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts and price changes.
