Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Understand and execute sales plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and support omni-processing.
