Qualificações

• Must have a clear passion for beauty and trends.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with influencing ability.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by identifying client needs and upselling products.
• Maintain expert knowledge of beauty brands and trends.
• Execute visual merchandising and Sephora at Kohl’s standards.
• Support inventory, replenishment and department cleanliness.
• Engage clients, demonstrate products and applications.
• Participate in training and omni-channel processes.
