Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads, driving top-line sales and exceptional guest experiences.

The EM will oversee makeup, skincare, and boutique services, while maintaining attendance, coaching, and training, to ensure store goals are met and brand standards are upheld. This role requires leadership and a passion for the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
• Strong financial management: driving top-line sales and controlling expenses
• Cosmetology management: knowledge of services, guest experience, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and efficient scheduling.
• Coach and develop associates with competency-based feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standard operating procedures.
