Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandise directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, adapt to change, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule planning and payroll budgeting to maximize productivity within budget.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies using company programs to improve areas of the business.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and enforce the attendance policy.
