Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Manage scheduling and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet workload targets.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming metrics across services, retail, loyalty, and audits.
• Support reports in building clientele and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce the company attendance policy.
