Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff in a dynamic retail setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience leading beauty retail teams and driving guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance across services, boutiques, retail, and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales and expense control.
• Schedule using store forecast and payroll budgets.
• Develop and coach staff to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Ensure policies, procedures, inventory control, and safety standards are followed.
• Communicate with leadership on trends and opportunities to improve store results.
