Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license/management license as required by state law.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent.
• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales and guest experience goals.
• Manage scheduling and payroll within budget and forecast.
• Provide staff coaching and development aligned with brand standards.
• Perform makeup and skincare demonstrations to drive guest engagement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and shift operations; monitor attendance.
