Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, makeup, and retail. You will guide stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver an exceptional guest experience and strong NPS results.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, optimizing store operations, driving top-line sales, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management role.
• Cosmetology license requirements vary by state; awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, makeup, and retail.
• Drive guest experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through coaching, development, and execution of Ulta Beauty standards.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and payroll in alignment with forecasted goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Build a diverse, engaged team and foster collaboration across departments to achieve APGs and service goals.
