Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators to deliver exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, makeup, and retail.

You will drive performance through people, process, and guest engagement, coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with company standards, and model Ulta Beauty’s mission and values in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; cosmetology licensing as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years retail management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial management: payroll, budgets, and expense control.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, and product attachment.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture, and merchandise directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to deliver guest experience and service standards.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales and effective scheduling.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention.
