Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales growth in retail and services. You will oversee stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers, driving guest satisfaction, NPS, and service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a passion for beauty, with accountability for guest experience and store performance across makeup, services, and retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology licenses where required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management or related fields.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, and development of salon and boutique teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives to deliver exceptional service and NPS results.
