Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of service and operations.

You will manage staffing, training, and coaching to build a motivated team, while ensuring adherence to policies and performance metrics. A cosmetology license (or management license) and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership education.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver guest experience and top-line sales growth.
• Drive performance through guest engagement, services, boutiques, and retail.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Maintain strong guest service and product knowledge to support sales goals.
