• The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specific responsibilities include visual execution within the beauty business, product storytelling and selling behaviors, and maintaining store standards such as floorset and fitting room practices.
• Collaborates with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness, and escalates risks or gaps in customer/brand experience to ensure consistent execution.
