Ulta Beauty seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators. You will own the guest experience, retail and services performance, and Net Promoter Score (NPS), driving growth in both makeup and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales and payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sales results.
• Coach and develop associates, ensure training and compliance; drive APGs.
• Oversee services, boutiques, makeup and retail operations and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor KPI metrics and implement improvements for guest loyalty and NPS.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and operational procedures to optimize performance.
