Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-line sales growth across salon, boutiques, and retail. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, NPS, and staff development within a dynamic beauty retailer.

The candidate will manage makeup, skincare and services, ensuring compliance with policies and driving performance through effective scheduling, coaching, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales and guest loyalty
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales and expense control
• Lead and develop salon, boutiques and guest services teams
• Ensure guest experience and NPS targets are achieved
