TikTok, the leading platform for short-form video, seeks a Category Manager for its US Commerce business to scale enterprise partners and grow topline revenue. You will own partnerships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities.

You will leverage your 3+ years in e-commerce to drive merchant success, optimize collaboration with brands and distributors, and deliver strategic content and merchandising solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce business.
• Track record of delivering and exceeding sales or GMV goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative models that align to the merchant’s short-term and long-term plans and invest platform resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key growth challenges.
• Provide strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency solutions to all sellers.
• Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.
