Nordstrom's Beauty Department is seeking a motivated Beauty Counter Manager who will blend sales and education to create personalized beauty experiences. You will work to maximize sales, build customer relationships, and lead events with brand partners in-store and online.

You'll set and pursue counter goals, stay up to date on trends, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.

• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Stay current on beauty trends with trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
