• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends via trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
