Nordstrom Beauty Department is seeking a Counter Manager to blend sales, teaching, and customer education in a fast-paced, commissioned environment. You’ll drive beauty brand sales while delivering personalized services and nurturing a loyal customer base both in-store and online.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
