Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set and achieve personal/counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions scheduling/execution.
• Build strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends via trainings and brand partners.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty.
